IndividualTherapy integrates Substantive Sexology with Brief Systemic Therapy (BST), combining the best of solution-focused therapy, narrative perspective and strategic therapy.
The therapist facilitates the process. We listen, adjust to your goals and work with you, not on you.
We review together in each session whether we are progressing towards your goals and adjust the approach if something is not working.
Problems do not occur in a vacuum. We understand your situation in its context: relational, biographical, cultural.
BST bets on simple, precise interventions centred on what makes a real difference. We do not prolong the process unnecessarily.
Individual sessions last 50 minutes and couples sessions 60–75 minutes. The usual frequency is weekly or fortnightly, depending on the stage of the process and each person's circumstances.
It depends on the reason for consultation and each individual. The Brief Systemic Therapy approach favours precise, efficient interventions, with an average duration of 8 to 16 sessions. We review progress periodically and adjust the plan if something is not working.

Yes, with full therapeutic guarantees. Available evidence indicates that online psychological and sexological therapy offers equivalent results to in-person therapy in the vast majority of cases. It requires a private space where you can speak freely and a stable connection. Sessions take place by video call.
Of course. Sexology is not limited to dysfunctions. Many people consult out of curiosity, wanting to understand themselves better, navigating life changes such as menopause or ageing, or simply wishing to explore aspects of their sexual life with a professional. You do not need a diagnosis or a "problem" to book a consultation.
Yes. Therapy and clinical sexology sessions are fully available in English, both in-person and online. If you prefer to work in English, please indicate this when booking your appointment.
If you are unsure whether your reason for consulting falls within our areas of work, write to us or fill in the form with a brief description of your situation. We will reply within 24–48 working hours and, if we are not the most appropriate resource for you, we will point you towards the professional or service that best fits your needs.
Clinical psychology addresses mental and emotional wellbeing broadly: anxiety, self-esteem, grief, relationships, life transitions. Sexology focuses specifically on the sexual dimension of the person: desire, sexual response, identity, and difficulties in erotic or affective life. In practice these dimensions constantly overlap, and our training in both disciplines allows us to work on them in an integrated way.
